Fellow blogger Andy tagged me for this:
"The rules of the game get posted at the beginning. Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answer."
1) What was I doing 10 years ago?:
Ten years ago, I was 23 and living in Edinburgh flatsharing with a likeminded bunch of club kids. Think 'Sex And The City' meets 'Trainspotting' and you're about there. What a thought, huh?
(see photo on right..me 10yrs ago with Enigma)

Yes,I'm Still Alive & Knitting!!
Despite my neglience of this blog(tsk, tsk), I have not been negligent of my knitting. My pins have remained busy. Since joining charity knit group 'Loving Hands' (crocheters and sewers also welcomed) I have completed quite a few projects for them. Here's the proof:
Premature baby cardis from a pattern by Bliss. An interesting wee knit where the button bands are knitted in.
These wee blighters are from the 'Teddies for Tragedy' pattern. You knit from feet up, legs, body, head, body ,legs and end up with a long strip that you fold in half and sew up. These bears then get distributed to various charities. The pattern denotes that all teddies should stick to the pattern (no embelishments) to avoid jealousy. The bears are delivered in a drawstring bag (thankfully made by sewers in the group as it takes me sew on a button !!
I have also completed 2 school jumpers to go to Africa where children despite willing to learn are not permitted to attend school without proper uniform.
