Yesterday the Mister passed his driving test..I'm so proud of him. Admittedly he's taken up driving a little later in life at the ripe old age of 37 but after only 2 months of lessons he's got his licence. Well done Gavin..YOU DID IT!!!!
Now we are looking into getting our own car and having some on-road adventures. To be honest it should also make simple things like trips to the supermarket so much easier (at the moment Gavin makes that trip in all weathers and loads himself up like a pack horse).
So, not too many more trips on buses on the horizon..hooray! Many of the towns bus routes have been cut and others are far too overcrowded. We will however try to make sure the car we eventually get will be fuel efficient with low carbon emissions.
